Was sold insurance with a phone once only to find the phone came with an equivalent free... Better prices elsewhere typically as well. Return policy not as good as Office Works, and staff often not capable/helpful.

Nephew was told he couldn't get a VR if he didn't have a playstation pro and was also given a voucher that was not activated. Was told it was used it on our next transaction and the staff laughed and said oops didn't add the funds to the card.
- Judy Baker Added August 10, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆They have a massive selection of dvds but I couldn't stay in there very long, maybe I'm getting old but the loud music mixed up with the sterio & tv noise was too much, I couldn't concentrate on reading the back of the dvds. So I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

When I told a staff member about this she told me they don't have as much staff as they used, so don't come here if your in a hurry
