  Horrible experience I've had, will not go back they are so very rude, they said I could get a refund on a jacket I bought then when I went to take it back the same day she told me that I couldn't get a refund. Not going back to any of the stores.

  Been trying to ring the shop to see if they have my size..Never answer there phone once. Started ringing at 9am.

  Came in today and tried on a few items of clothing. The only person that I thought was working was the man behind the counter. There was no one minding the change rooms so I went in. I was trying on clothing and a lady appeared outside my curtain (standing right in the gap of the curtain so she could see me getting changed) and started having a go because I didn’t tell her how many items I had. Continued to aggressively tell me that “next time I’m there don’t just walk into the change room, I need to tell her the items I take in” ( I didn’t even realise she was there) I hung up all of my clothing and left it in the change room as I went to look for another size of something I tried on. She then stormed over and tried to boss me around telling me to go back and hang what I didn’t want on the other rack. At this point she was so rude I didn’t even bother telling her I was looking for another size and just left without getting the item I wanted. Wouldn’t even call it poor customer service because there was absolutely no service provided and felt like this lady just got a kick out of being rude. Middle aged lady with short hair. I have purchased many items from you but will now not be coming back again.

  Not happy at all. Nothing but cheap rip off Asians! (not being racist because I have Asian background). Spent $47 on a short and top set and it frecking shrinks! And they wouldn’t even replace it as they don’t do returns because they are nothing but scams! Never shopping here and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

  Terrible service. The clothes are poorly made and they know it, that’s why they won’t accept faulty returns beyond a 7 day window. Wore the dress once outside of that window and apparently their store policy overrides Australian Consumer Law. Spend your money at a honest, Australian owned business instead; these mongrels don’t deserve your money.
