  Went back to LCA Elizabeth after a hiatus from procedures and RN/ owner Nikki was amazing as always. Very personable and friendly. Also the therapists Lauren, Emily and owner Emily really make you feel welcome and comfortable during any procedures!

  Had the most confusing and even traumatic experience earlier. I have already contracted your support. To make the long story short, my booking got lost, went there, and when I was ready, the girl said I could not get a laser cuz of an acne med I was using and then eventually she said I could actually be able to when I was about to leave. And like it was just a bit chaotic. Plus, their nurses were rude. And my nurse did not turn the heater on or like the room was too cold for someone who needs to have lesser clothes.

  I have done microdermabrasion couple of weeks ago and since then my left eye started looking smaller than the other one. I thought maybe due to treatment I have some swelling but after waiting for few weeks to improve I found that my one eye lid dropping as compared to another one. I am not happy at all that this has happened due to too much vaccume pressure overstretched my eye lid muscle and caused damaging.

  I have been going to this clinic for a couple of years now, and I am not only satisfied with the treatment results but also with the customer service these fabulous girls provide. They are always lovely bubbly and willing to help you if you ever feel like a session didn't get you the results you expected. Every time I have been there, they have made sure I felt comfortable. Amazing girls there and so happy with the results too, would definitely recommend!
