Meat was dry and tasted like it was reheated a few times in the microwave. Rice noodles were very wet and over cooked (looked like they were cooked and then served straight away). I choose the traditional dressing which tasted nothing like traditional Vietnamese fish sauce. The staff did not look very happy or wanted to be there. Staff with tattoos and piercings but I guess that is what you get if you hire Elizabethians. The store is positioned in the food court where 2 other businesses have failed. To open a bread roll shop in Boganville is a huge gamble. I would think you would have better chances winning the lotto than see this store succeed. I have given 1 star as in reality I do not see this business as a long term due to the quality of the food and lets face it... Pie and Coke would be the flavour of the day in Elizabeth. Good luck cause your gonna need a lot of it.
